My name is Tiffany McFarlane and I'm a mother of 6 and an educator! I enjoy spending time with my family, doing fun crafts and DIY decor, as well as helping our youth as they navigate throughout their childhood. This is why (Re)Fashioned was created!

I started my journey as an undergrad studying Apparel & Textiles specializing in Fashion Marketing and Business. After college, I began working remotely in the digital marketing world. Over the last 9 years, I've worked with clients from Kim Kardashian's fragrance line marketing team to PBS Kids, DFW airport, and Amway's social media teams to name a few. This allowed me to expand my knowledge and skills as I was able to learn about different industries.

In 2022, I slowly transitioned from full-time digital marketing to becoming a full-time entrepreneur and educator - and I LOVE it! I wanted to utilize my skills, professional achievements, and passion for children to create a unique hands-on opportunity for our younger generation. I enjoy teaching homeschooling families and small groups, plus staying active by dancing with Zumba.

I also love supporting my fellow small business owners! Outside of our craft classes, I offer networking meetup opportunities, marketing & internet safety business classes, plus PR and Marketing services for small businesses. I believe in lifelong learning and being willing to try something new - that's why I don't stop at teaching children and offer adult events as well. Even to this day, I am still learning and improving my skills this way I can provide the best lessons for my classes. From continuing education classes to attending marketing accelerators, joining masterminds, and simply just learning from my past experiences, I want to show our youth that life is about learning and growing.

It's my goal to encourage people, especially our youth, to pursue their passions, learn new things, and collaborate with others.

My background in Apparel & Textiles specializing in Fashion Marketing and Business plus working remotely as a Social Media Marketing specialist provides a unique take on the (Re)Fashioned program as I focus on sustainability, entrepreneurship, and how to develop valuable life skills. I hope to help inspire and fuel you and your child's creative side in my workshops.
